About Us

Ginnie grew up in the Midwest amidst the dairy industry in North Dakota. Her family was largely self-sufficient so it was natural, when looking forward to retirement, that she gravitated towards homesteading. Ginnie has a nutrition background, is an outstanding cook, and administered the USDA Food Program for a non-profit in Gallatin County, Montana
.
